Join The Fireheart Tavern's Dark Romance Book Club, a space for readers who enjoy exploring the darker side of romance, discussing complex characters, and connecting with others who share a love for the genre!
Our first book will be Nocticadia by Keri Lake! Your physical copy will be provided at our first meeting, so there's no need to purchase it beforehand.
We're starting with a book on the lighter end of the dark romance spectrum to ease into the genre and get a feel for everyone's reading preferences. Our first gathering will be an opportunity to discuss what we love, what we're comfortable reading, and just how dark we'd like our future selections to go!
The Fireheart Tavern will choose our first read, but moving forward, we'll work together as a club to share recommendations, explore new authors, and help select our future books.
Your $40 registration includes:
A physical copy of Nocticadia
Shared appetizers and soft drinks
A two-hour book club gathering
An opportunity to connect with fellow dark romance readers!
November Meeting: Thursday, November 12 | 6–8 PM
Location: Season’s Private Room
Additional food and alcoholic beverages will be available for individual purchase.

Dark romance isn't for everyone, and that's completely okay! This genre often explores mature, intense, and potentially disturbing themes. While we're beginning with a relatively approachable selection for the genre, Nocticadia still contains mature subject matter and may not be suitable for all readers.
Trigger warnings and content information will always be available for our book selections, so members can make informed decisions about what they're comfortable reading.
